People are always asking me what’s the best thing to have for breakfast when you’re eating clean and giving up the sugar and cereal.
My favourite breakfast, especially now the cold weather is closing in is the infamous Banana Omelette.
It’s super easy to make, delicious, filling and you can make it in the same time it takes to make a bowl of porridge!
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 or 3 eggs.
1 banana (doesn’t matter if it’s turning brown)
1 tablespoon of butter or coconut oil.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
All you need to do is:
Mash the banana in a bowl, add the eggs and mix in the
cinnamon. Melt butter or oil in a frying pan and add the
mixture!



Finish it off with a dollop of fresh bio yoghurt and some berries of your choice! Happy days!
