The Beginners Guide to Dynamic Reformer Pilates

4 Week Course. 

This 4 week beginners, dynamic reformer course is ideal if you want to focus on learning the basics on the reformer and practice getting to grip with the fundamentals, so that you leave feeling confident to move forward to the next level class.

During this 4 weeks, you will learn how to set up the reformer, adjust the springs, saftey on the reformer plus you’ll be focusing on alignment and posture whilst using a mix of traditional and dynamic exercises.

10.10am -11.00am Saturdays

 December: 2nd, 9th, 16th
