Are you ready to make some real changes to your physique and join me for these energising 30 minute workouts?
This workout is a 3 dimentional movement class focusing on getting the best out of your core in a functional way. Expect to use handweights and other props!!
Expect a muscle building, fat burning workout which is safe on your joints and your pelvic floor and ideal for those who want a quick, energising start to their weekend! Suitable for beginners and improvers.
If you have 2-3kg hand weights, please bring them along, but they are not necessary.

I have been doing HIIT of one sort or another since the birth of my first child 7 years ago… Teresa’s HIIT sessions, incorporating hand weights, have taken it to another level! I have found muscles I never knew I had !
