If one of your main aims is to keep your cholesterol down, you’ll know that most of those shop bought salad dressings don’t really ‘cut the mustard’ (see what I did there?!!!)

So here’s a really, really simple salad dressing that you can whizz up in literally a few minutes and don’t limit it to using just hemp seeds (although they are a super way of getting some good fats into your body, especially omega 3 and 6).

Orange and Hemp Seed Dressing

Makes about ¾ cup

½ cup hemp seeds

½ cup orange juice

1 clove of garlic, peeled

Pinch of salt and pepper.

Blend all ingredients together until creamy. Ta – da!

Serve on top of your favourite salad and enjoy!

**This dressing will keep for up to a week if you keep it in an airtight container in the fridge 🙂
