Since I started classes with Teresa, my overall fitness and well being have dramatically improved in all areas, from my mental well being to diet and posture.
She is so knowledgeable and encouraging that when I’ve tried new exercises and techniques I’ve really felt the benefit. It’s got me into all sorts of good habits and home and even my family have a go now!
Classes are fun as well as challenging and I really feel like I’m part of a community when I’m there. I really miss it if I cant make it to classes!
Working with Teresa has drastically reduced the pain I was experiencing, and helped me recover post-childbirth.
My stamina and strength is getting better all the time, and I feel so much happier in my own body again.
It’s like getting myself back again!

I absolutely love Teresa’s classes, I’ve attended all of the classes that she teaches and can honestly say that they are the best around! She’s professional and fun and really knows her stuff

I really enjoy the classes run by Teresa she’s very knowledgeable about your anatomy and how certain movements help your body

Teresa’s Pilates courses helped me find my core – I didn’t know I had one until i had to ‘engage my core’ frequently during the class and it make the world of difference with balance and posture – Thanks Teresa!
