Mobility Course

A gentle hour long ‘mobility’ class aimed at those who would like to increase the range of movement in the hips, shoulders, back, knees, neck and ankles and strengthen the muscles surrounding these joints.  With her knowledge and experience, Teresa will guide you through a movement experience that is more than your average Pilates class.  A mixed ability class and a superb way to start the weekend.

 

Healthy HIIT

Saturday 9.00-9.30am Online Via Zoom!

In this fun 30 minute class you’ll be working to upbeat music and getting strong from the inside first!

Using 2-3kg handweights,
in 3 planes of movement, this original, multi plane workout will use multi directional exercises to give you a functional, whole body workout.
Brilliant for adding a weight bearing aspect to your training – especially if you are wishing to help strengthen muscles and support bones – safely and effectively.

Pilates for Mobility

7.00-8.00pm Tuesdays, St Johns, Eden Park.

In this course, Teresa will be teaching you a mix of the broken down Pilates classical repetoire as well as exploring movement to help get you more mobile… Mobility is something we all lose as we age and during this course, we’ll be looking at the biomechanics of the movements that will best assist us with our daily activities.  As well as feeling more flexible as a result, you’ll get to meet some great people, laugh loads and move in ways you never thought possible!!

Power Up Pilates 

Thursday 7.30pm 

Venue28 Beckenham

Using full body integrated movements to create a ‘functional’ workout, this class will increase your heart rate and lift your spirits.

Expect a strong workout which is safe on your joints and your pelvic floor, performed to an uplifting playlist  – ideal for those who want an energetic Pilates based class! Perfect for those who want to UP their game.
