BOXPHIIT is a multi disciplined, full body workout with elements of Boxing, Pilates and HIIT created to get you the results you want.

This 60 minute core focused, high intensity workout concentrates on all the major muscle groups and problem areas of the body.

Focusing on speed, flexibility, balance, strength and control BOXPHIIT will leave you feeling you feeling like you’ve had a workout and not just gone through the motions.

Choreography blocks that are packed together with easy to follow and effective choreography – this workout is just what you’ve been waiting for!
