Summer is coming and as you know I cease to run classes throughout late July and August.

Because of this, I have created, the Shine Shines Summer School which will open it’s doors as soon as Schools’ out at the end of July 2019.

There are 2 Summer Schools to choose from this year… Pilates and HIIT.

The Pilates Summer School:

This online course consists of 12 pre recorded videos to do in your own time.

5 of these videos are short 10 minute clips (you may have seen them last year in my Online Summer Pilates course). This year they are back as the ‘must watch’, fundamental videos that are essential for you to work through before you get to the longer 20 minute videos.

There are 7 more 20 minute Pilates combination videos.

Choose the videos depending on how you feel and how hard you wish to work!

Choose from Spinal Mobility, Legs and Glutes, Weight Bearing, Upper Body, Arms and Extension, plus various other class combinations.

**Along with the Summer School comes entry to a private Facebook group, where you can stay in touch with me over the Summer (for accountability reasons!), ask for alternative exercise solutions, ask questions regarding exercises and share your ideas with others…!

The HIIT Summer School

This online course consists of 12, 10 minute pre recorded HIIT workouts for you to do in your own time.  

ALL of these videos are low impact but high intensity, designed to burn fat, increase muscle mass and increase your metabolic rate, so you will be burning more calories up to 24 hours AFTER you have finished your workout!

You will recieve a warm up video plus 11 varied metabolic HIIT workouts.  

**You will need your 2-3kg pair of handweights for these workouts!
