Are you ready to make some real changes to your physique and join me for these energising 30 minute workouts?

This workout is a 3 dimentional movement class focusing on getting the best out of your core in a functional way.  Expect to use handweights and other props!!

Expect a muscle building, fat burning workout which is safe on your joints and your pelvic floor and ideal for those who want a quick, energising start to their weekend!  Suitable for beginners and improvers.

If you have 2-3kg hand weights, please bring them along, but they are not necessary.

I have been doing HIIT of one sort or another since the birth of my first child 7 years ago… Teresa’s HIIT sessions, incorporating hand weights, have taken it to another level! I have found muscles I never knew I had !

I strongly recommend this class and have noticed a difference to my fitness levels in just a short period of time. It’s a very friendly and supportive class with no judging!! Give it a go x

The HIT classes on Saturday morning are a brilliant way to start the weekend, in a friendly class, and with a welcoming smile from Teresa, you leave smiling and slightly sore!

Teresa’s HIIT class on a Saturday is tough but very good fun (prepare to laugh and sweat A LOT!) – if you can’t join a class, you can always use one of the videos she posts regularly in her online groups on Facebook!
