PILATES MATWORK CLASSES
Pilates is a form of exercise which builds your body’s core strength through a series of stretching and conditioning exercises without building bulk. Focusing on awareness of the spine, increasing movement in the joints and creating strength throughout, Teresa will guide you, with experience and help you master the skill of the Pilates method.
These classes are fantastic for improving your Pilates practice. Super fun and friendly classes with lots of visual cueing to help you gain strength and to increase movement in your joints. All classes are mixed ability, so beginners are very welcome.

Teresa’s Pilates and Trigger Point Pilates classes are amazing – I am not sure what I would do without it!
My back is very dodgy at best and spasms when at it’s worse. Going to my weekly lesson keeps it in check and I haven’t had any spasms for months. I feel great when I finish and the next morning there is always more improvement.
